ARK-Genomics The collaborative functional genomics research centre based at the Roslin Institute in Scotland, is hosting the 3rd ISAFG event.ARK-Genomics is not-for-profit and has collaborators from all over the world with an interest in animal genomics and genetics.
ESF (European Science Foundation - Functional Genomics Programme) The ESF Programme on Integrated Approaches for Functional Genomics is supported by research councils in 17 countries and aims to promote the development of functional genomics in Europe through activities such as workshops, training courses, exchange grants, a large scale conference and an informative website. Through the support from the ESF, a limited number of travel bursaries are available to European PhD and First year post-doc students.
CSREES-USDA The Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) is one of four U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) agencies that make up its Research, Education, and Economics (REE) mission area. CSREES' unique mission is to advance knowledge for agriculture, the environment, human health and well-being, and communities by supporting research, education, and extension programs in the U.S. Land-Grant University System and other partner organizations. Through the support from the USDA, three travel bursaries are available to young researchers from the U.S. (PhD and First year post-doc students) to attend the Symposium and to present their work.
EADGENE EADGENE is a Network of Excellence, funded by the EU. EADGENE aims to coordinate a genomics approach to the unravelling of the host-pathogen interactions in domestic livestock.
