As each genotyping project is unique, any potential collaborator may make use of some of or all of the facility’s following assets:

• DNA extraction.
• DNA quantification and normalisation of stock material
• Use of current microsatellite/SNP stocks.
• Development of new microsatellite/SNP stocks.
• Organisation of markers into panels for multiplex PCR’s.
• Data analysis.

The cost of experiments will be determined upon receipt of the project proposal at which time a project timetable will be ascertained.
