ARK-Genomics can provide catalogue as well as custom Agilent DNA microarrays.

  • Agilent have over 30 catalogue DNA Microarrays for gene expression and can provide catalogue arrays supplemented with extra genes of interest at no extra cost.
  • Custom arrays can also be designed using their earray system. Varying formats are available including 1 x 244K, 2x 105K, 4x 44K & 8x 15K. Agilent arrays can be run as single or two dye depending on the design of the experiment, standard protocols require 500ng starting total RNA for each sample.
