Data Analysis (Microarrays)

ARK-Genomics has been exploiting microarrays since 2001 and has built up a considerable knowledge base in microarray experimental design and analysis. Working either in-house or with third party partners, we can provide a complete analysis package to meet the needs of your research.

Image analysis and data extraction are included in the microarray costs. The data is presented as raw non-normalised data plus a QC report for each array and an overall experimental QC report.

Normalisation of the data, analysis of differential expression, clustering, pathway and network analysis are available at an additional cost.
