Gene Expression analysis in human, mouse or rat with formats allowing from 6 to 8 samples to be hybridised on one slide. High feature density allows low sample and reagent volumes and a high feature redundancy (30x average) delivers confidence in the results. For standard protocols we require 500ng total RNA for each sample.
